Vortex 6-36×56 Razor HD Gen III FFP Riflescope (EBR-7D MOA Reticle)

Description

True 34mm aircraft tube travel anchors Vortex Razor HD Gen III Riflescope optics in 6-36x56mm with EBR-7D MOA reticle. Presenting first focal plane scaling, 1/4 MOA clicks, and 121 MOA travel, this optic sets precision records, trade-off being substantial 45.1-ounce weight demanding rigid chassis rifle mounts.

A 34mm monotube machined from solid aircraft-grade aluminum provides exceptional rigidity against extreme recoil stresses. Premium HD extra-low dispersion optical glass elements incorporate XR Plus multi-coatings for exceptional color fidelity through the 56mm objective lens. Fully waterproof and argon purged, this flagship optic measures 15.3 inches long with a stealth shadow anodized finish.

Key Features of Vortex Razor HD Gen III

Buy Vortex Razor HD Gen III riflescopes to place championship-grade optical precision onto long-range precision competition rifles. This flagship optic delivers immaculate Japanese glass resolution, bulletproof L-Tec+ zero stop turrets, and surgical mechanical repeatability across extreme distances.

• 6-36x magnification zoom ratio provides surgical power for extreme long-range target analysis
• 56mm objective lens balances maximum twilight light gathering with razor-sharp edge contrast
• 34mm one-piece aluminum tube provides 121 MOA total internal elevation adjustment
• EBR-7D MOA first focal plane reticle provides fine windage tree subtensions and hold marks
• Heavy-duty Vortex Razor internal erector springs retain mechanical zero under severe recoil
• Fully multi-coated glass elements suppress internal reflections and optimize light throughput
• L-Tec+ locking target turrets prevent accidental movement and provide foolproof zero stop return
• Side focus parallax dial adjusts from 10 yards to infinity to eliminate optical parallax error

Extreme Long Range Recoil Endurance

Built with heavy-duty erector springs, internal assemblies endure brutal 1000G shock pulses from .338 Lapua Magnum and .50 BMG rifles without zero shift. The 1/4 MOA turret detents track through 121 MOA travel without mechanical backlash. Dry argon purging prevents internal glass fogging across working temperatures from -20°F up to 140°F.

Competition Rifle Mounting Placement

The 34mm main tube offers 6.7 inches of ring mounting space, fitting precision one-piece cantilever mounts or heavy ring sets on chassis systems. Tighten ring caps to 15 to 18 in-lbs and mount rail clamps to 45 in-lbs. Generous 3.5-inch eye relief protects shooter brow lines from sharp magnum recoil impulses.

Benchrest Precision Maintenance Schedule

The external L-Tec+ turret system allows micro-adjustments for perfect turret cap alignment and tool-free zero stops. This heavy 45.1-ounce competition optic is not engineered for mobile mountain hunting where lightweight equipment is essential.

• Check scope ring clamp torque on the receiver rail every 200 rounds
• Clean external optical lenses with a lens brush and fluid every 500 rounds
• Inspect L-Tec+ turret O-rings and replace CR2032 illumination cells every 12 months

VIP Lifetime Warranty Manifest

Vortex backs the optic with an unconditional VIP lifetime warranty covering optical, mechanical, and electronic components without time limits. The product package includes the riflescope, 3-inch sunshade, throw lever, CR2032 lithium battery, lens cloth, and factory manual.
