We are currently seeking a meticulous, detail-driven Precision Optics Packaging Specialist to join our core team at our verified physical headquarters in Jakarta.

Job Role: Precision Optics Packaging Specialist

As our Packaging Specialist, you will not just be moving boxes—you will be safeguarding delicate scientific and tactical technologies. Your primary responsibility will be inspecting, calibrating components, and executing export-grade, shock-proof packaging for telescopes, riflescopes, microscopes, and high-end laser rangefinders bound for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role and maintain our strict anti-damage guarantees, you will execute the following daily operational tasks:

  • Pre-Shipment Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of optical glass, multi-coatings, and structural chassis to ensure items are 100% free of scratches or defects before packing.
  • Serial Number Verification: Cross-check system serial numbers against active international invoices to maintain absolute inventory traceability and compliance.
  • Custom Export Packaging: Utilize professional shock-absorbing foams, specialized anti-static wrapping, and heavy-duty outer casing to seal instruments against long-distance shipping hazards.
  • Logistics Documentation: Accurately secure pre-printed international air waybills, dangerous goods declarations (for laser components), and correct HS Customs code labels to the exterior cargo.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

We believe true expertise comes from dedication and a meticulous mindset. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the exact same field (technical packaging, electronics handling, warehouse logistics, or managing the safety of delicate instrumentation). Direct experience with high-end optical brands is a major advantage.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: An absolute obsession with neatness, cleanliness, and structural symmetry to prevent internal component shifting during DHL/FedEx/UPS transit.
  • Physical Coordination: Ability to handle large celestial telescopes safely as well as package ultra-compact pocket monoculars with precision.
  • Location: Ability to work full-time on-site at our storefront hub inside Harco Mangga Dua, Jakarta Pusat.
