Product Information & Pricing Accuracy

We make every effort to display the technical specifications, magnification details, lens configurations, and colors of our telescopes, riflescopes, microscopes, and other optical gear as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device monitor will display colors flawlessly. We reserve the right to modify product prices, update technical descriptions, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

Order Acceptance & Payment Terms

All orders placed through our storefront are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect pricing information, product stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity. All transactions are calculated and securely processed exclusively in US Dollars (USD) via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Wise.com, or direct Bank Wire Transfer.

Shipping, Delivery, & Local Pickup

By purchasing from Mulscope.com, you acknowledge and agree to our established timeline protocols, which include a 11:00 AM (GMT+07:00) order cut-off time, 1–2 business days of handling time, and 11–12 business days of transit time. If you opt for “Local Pickup” at checkout, you agree to collect the items from our designated physical Jakarta storefront only after receiving our official preparation confirmation email.

Customs, Import Taxes, & Regional Restrictions

We ship our premium optical equipment globally to all international destinations, with the strict exception of North Korea. Because items are dispatched directly from our commercial hub in Indonesia, you acknowledge that all destination import duties, customs clearance tariffs, local value-added taxes (VAT), and courier clearance fees are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer.

Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using our site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights, to upload malicious code or viruses, or to disrupt the security features of our e-commerce platform. Furthermore, you agree not to use our precision optics in violation of any regional or international export control laws, tactical gear regulations, or wildlife protection acts applicable in your country.

Limitation of Liability

Mulscope.com, its directors, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, transit delays by third-party carriers, minor visual variations in optical housing, or improper calibration handling by the consumer.
