Every package is heavily protected against shock and transit hazards to ensure your delicate gear arrives in perfect operational condition.

Shipping Rates & Currency

To keep international ordering straightforward, we use a transparent flat-rate structure based on your total order value:

  • Transaction Currency: All prices, invoices, and transactions are securely processed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of USD 110.00 applies to all international orders below USD 1,000.00.
  • Free Shipping Tier: We offer complimentary shipping (Free Shipping) on all orders over USD 1,000.00.

Delivery Timeline

We process and dispatch shipments daily from Monday to Friday. Please review our operating schedule and transit estimates to track your expected delivery date:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 AM (GMT+07:00 Western Indonesia Time, Jakarta). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes strict quality control checks and export-grade packing.
  • Transit Time: 11–12 business days (Monday to Friday) from dispatch to arrival.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 12–14 business days from the moment your order is verified.

Couriers & Tracking

We partner exclusively with leading tier-one global logistics networks to ensure rapid, secure transit. Your order will be shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS depending on the destination country.

The moment your package is dispatched from our facility, an automated shipment notification containing your international tracking number will be sent directly to your registered email address.

Local Pickup Option

If you live in or are visiting Jakarta, you may choose to collect your order directly from our brick-and-mortar store. If you select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout, our team will prepare your items and notify you via email as soon as they are ready for secure collection at our designated storefront.

Important Shipping Policies

Please double-check your shipping details carefully during checkout. If an international package is returned to our facility as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or due to a failure to collect the package from the courier local checkpoint, a re-shipping fee of USD 110.00 will be charged to dispatch the order a second time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Your optical investment is protected during transit. In the highly unlikely event that your package arrives with visible physical damage, please document the condition of the exterior packaging immediately. Contact the delivery courier directly to lodge an official report, and notify our support desk within 48 hours so we can assist you with an urgent replacement or insurance claim process.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Please note that any local import tariffs, destination value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance processing fees imposed by your country’s customs border control are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
