Vortex AMG UH-1 Gen II Holographic Sight (1 MOA Red Dot Reticle, Matte Black)

Description

Tested 1000G combat recoil resistance arrives with Vortex AMG UH-1 Holographic Sight Gen II units engineered for close-quarters engagements. Offering 1x magnification, 1/2 MOA clicks, and 100 MOA travel, this holographic sight yields split-second CQB speed, though battery life on continuous high settings trails behind traditional reflex LED sights.

Machined from aircraft-grade aluminum, the protective armor hood safeguards internal holographic elements from blunt impact forces. Multi-coated optical glass provides clear light transmission through the wide viewing aperture. Submersible to IPX8 waterproof standards and argon purged, this sight measures 3.9 inches long and weighs 11.0 ounces with an integrated quick-release mount.

Key Features of Vortex AMG UH-1

Buy Vortex AMG UH-1 holographic sights to equip tactical carbines with blistering close-quarters speed and true holographic reticle clarity. This battle-grade optic provides four dedicated night vision settings and distortion-free viewing for tactical operators.

• 1x magnification provides true both-eyes-open situational awareness and rapid target tracking
• EBR-CQB reticle combines a precise 1 MOA center dot with a fast-acquisition 65 MOA outer ring
• Integrated quick-release base clamps securely to standard MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails
• Four night vision compatible settings feature a dedicated quick-access night vision push button
• Heavy-duty Vortex AMG internal components eliminate optical distortion and reticle drift
• FHQ technology suppresses stray light emissions to prevent forward thermal detection
• Flush mechanical adjusters provide tactile 1/2 MOA click movements per detent
• Side battery compartment allows CR123A battery swaps without removing optic from the rail

Tactical Shock Holographic Integrity

Built to survive violent weapon vibrations, the solid-state internal components endure 1000G recoil cycles from 12-gauge shotguns and short-barrel carbines without zero shift. Elevation and windage screws yield 1/2 MOA clicks across 100 MOA total travel. Sealed internal assemblies resist water intrusion down to IPX8 standards between -40°F and 140°F.

Picatinny Receiver Mounting Clearances

The integrated quick-release base clamps directly onto standard flattop Picatinny rails. Adjust the base tension lever until snug, locking the clamp lever firmly into place. The compact 3.9-inch length leaves ample rail space for flip-up iron sights and tactical magnifiers.

Close Quarters Usability Protocols

Rear push buttons provide responsive control for toggling between 15 brightness settings and night vision modes. This non-magnified 1x holographic sight is not engineered for precision long-range target shooting past 300 yards without a secondary magnifier.

• Inspect quick-release base lever tension every 200 rounds
• Clear dust and powder residue from optical glass windows every 500 rounds
• Inspect battery cap O-rings and replace CR123A cells every 12 months

VIP Lifetime Warranty Manifest

Vortex backs the optic with an unconditional VIP lifetime warranty covering optical, mechanical, and electronic components without time limits. The product package includes the holographic sight, CR123A battery, lens cloth, and operator manual.
