Minox 10×44 X-HD Binoculars

Description

Providing slightly wider light-gathering objective cones, the Minox 10×44 X-HD Binoculars delivers a 346.39-foot field of view at 1000 yards (6.5-degree actual). The 4.4mm exit pupil and 17mm eye relief ensure comfortable eye placement. The slightly longer 44mm barrels shift center balance forward, requiring a firm two-handed grip during prolonged scanning.

High-definition ED glass elements pair with phase-corrected BaK-4 roof prisms coated in multi-layer anti-reflective films to maintain color fidelity. The open-bridge chassis is finished in textured black rubber, measuring 5.91 by 5.12 by 2.09 inches at 25.4 oz (720 g). Nitrogen purged and water-resistant, it features a center focus wheel tracking to 6.56 feet (2 m), a -4 to +4 diopter ring, and multi-stop twist-up eyecups.

Key Features of Minox 10×44 X-HD Binoculars

Built for hunters and naturalists who need high optical transmission and chromatic control in an ergonomic open-bridge chassis. The 44mm front lenses provide a slight edge in exit pupil diameter over standard 42mm formats, keeping views bright during twilight hours.

• 10x magnification through 44mm objective lenses with a 4.4mm exit pupil
• Phase-corrected BaK-4 roof prisms maintaining edge-to-edge optical resolution
• High-definition ED optical elements eliminating secondary chromatic aberration
• 346.39 ft field of view at 1000 yd (6.5-degree actual angle)
• 17mm eye relief paired with multi-stop twist-up rubber eyecups
• Short 6.56-foot close focus distance suited for near-range nature viewing
• Nitrogen gas purged open-bridge chassis sheathed in black rubber armor (25.4 oz)
• Central diopter adjustment ring spanning -4 to +4 diopters

HD Optical Elements & Color Rendition

High-definition ED glass elements eliminate magenta and green color fringing along high-contrast game silhouettes and backlit branches. Multi-layer anti-reflective coatings maximize light transmission across the visible spectrum, delivering neutral color saturation and sharp contrast across roughly 85 percent of the frame before slight edge roll-off begins.

Open-Bridge Ergonomics & Mechanical Control

The open-bridge layout cuts hand strain by distributing the 25.4 oz weight into your palm, keeping one-handed glassing steady while navigating steep brush. The central focus dial operates with smooth, grease-damped friction, and the central diopter ring maintains its setting against pack contact.

• Smooth central focus dial provides backlash-free adjustment in wet conditions
• O-ring sealed nitrogen chambers eliminate internal lens fogging in heavy downpours
• Multi-position twist-up eyecups maintain firm spacing without collapsing under eye contact
