Vortex 3-15×44 Viper PST Gen II Riflescope (EBR-7C MRAD Illuminated Reticle, Matte Black)

Description

True 30mm aircraft tube travel anchors Vortex Viper PST Gen II Riflescope models featuring an illuminated EBR-7C MRAD reticle. Offering first focal plane scaling, 0.1 MRAD clicks, and 22 MRAD internal adjustment, this optic speeds up milliradian holds, trade-off being narrow eye-box positioning at maximum 15x magnification.

Forged 6061-T6 aluminum creates the rigid 30mm main tube, preventing erector tube binding during high-torque ring mounting. Premium HD glass delivers high edge resolution through the 44mm objective lens. Fully IPX7 waterproof and dry argon purged, this optic measures 14.3 inches long and weighs 28.1 ounces, protected by a hardcoat anodized exterior.

Key Features of Vortex Viper PST Gen II

Buy Vortex Viper PST Gen II riflescopes to achieve instant milliradian holdovers across tactical precision platforms. This optical instrument delivers rugged housing strength and crystal-clear target views during dynamic long-range shooting courses.

• 3-15x magnification range accommodates mid-range steel engagement and 800-yard target holds
• 44mm objective lens balances light gathering with low-profile receiver clearance
• 30mm single-piece aluminum tube provides 22 MRAD total internal elevation adjustment
• EBR-7C MRAD illuminated Christmas tree reticle provides precise windage and elevation hold marks
• Durable Vortex Viper erector systems maintain mechanical zero through thousands of rounds
• Multi-coated glass optics suppress stray internal glare and edge distortion
• Exposed tactical turrets deliver crisp 0.1 MRAD click adjustments with mechanical RZR zero stop
• Side focus parallax knob adjusts from 20 yards to infinity for sharp focal clarity

Ballistic Tracking Shock Integrity

Built to handle heavy rifle recoil impulses, the erector mechanism absorbs 1000G shock cycles from .300 Win Mag and 6.5 Creedmoor loads. Internal adjusters move in 0.1 MRAD increments across 22 MRAD travel without mechanical lash. Argon gas seals stop internal condensation across extreme thermal swings between -20°F and 140°F.

Receiver Rail Mounting Fitment

The 30mm main tube offers 6.4 inches of ring clamping room for rings on bolt actions and flattop upper receivers. Secure 30mm scope rings to 15 to 18 in-lbs and base clamps to 45 in-lbs. Comfortable 3.4-inch eye relief keeps shooters safe during aggressive firing positions.

Practical Operations Maintenance Schedule

The grooved power ring features raised ribs for positive zoom manipulation with wet gloves. This first focal plane optic features fine reticle crosshairs at 3x magnification, relying on center illumination for low-power speed.

• Verify mount base cross-bolt torque on the rail every 200 rounds
• Clear dust and field debris from optical lenses every 500 rounds
• Check illumination rheostat contacts and battery seals every 12 months

VIP Lifetime Warranty Manifest

Vortex provides an unconditional VIP lifetime warranty on structural, optical, and electronic assemblies without time limits. The factory package includes the riflescope, 3-inch sunshade, CR2032 lithium battery, cleaning wipe, and user manual.
