The optical system features an air-spaced extra-low dispersion doublet objective pairing an Ohara FPL-53 element with high-index crown glass, treated with multi-coated anti-reflection layers and an unobstructed 0% central profile. Built inside an aluminum chassis measuring 570mm in length with a 100mm outer tube diameter, the tube assembly supplies 135mm of back focus from the rear 2-inch drawtube.
