Trijicon 5-50×56 Tenmile Riflescope (MOA Long Range)

Description

During extreme long-range benchrest match strings the Trijicon 5-50×56 Tenmile Riflescope resolves tiny target bullseyes using massive 50x magnification and a 34mm main tube. The 56mm objective pulls in rich optical detail, though shooting at 50x magnification limits exit pupil diameter to 1.1mm, requiring precise shooter head alignment.

Forged 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum creates an oversized 34mm main tube providing massive internal erector adjustment space. Broadband multi-coated optical glass elements deliver exceptional contrast across heat mirage, while nitrogen gas purging prevents internal moisture fogging down to 10 feet depth. Weighing 38.1 ounces across a 16.0-inch body, this extreme optic anchors heavy ELR rifle chassis platforms.

Key Features of Trijicon 5-50×56 Tenmile

Benchrest shooters who buy Trijicon 5-50×56 Tenmile extreme riflescopes command ultimate optical magnification for mile-plus target engagements. Fine 1/8 MOA click turrets provide sub-minute mechanical corrections on competitive scorecards.

• 5-50x extreme zoom range isolates micro target rings past 1500 yards distance
• 56mm objective aperture gathers maximum light to enhance edge-to-edge target clarity
• Exposed elevation turret features fine 1/8 MOA clicks for micro ballistic corrections
• 34mm main tube provides 100 MOA total elevation travel for extreme trajectories
• Red and green LED reticle illumination offers user-selectable intensity control levels
• Trijicon 5-50×56 Tenmile return-to-zero stop mechanisms lock down initial zero settings
• Side parallax focus wheel sharpens optical clarity from 10 yards out to infinity
• Second focal plane reticle maintains super-fine crosshair lines at 50x maximum magnification

Extreme Elevation Erector Load

Precision internal lead screws deliver ultra-fine 1/8 MOA clicks across 100 MOA total elevation and 50 MOA windage range. Heavy-duty erector springs resist zero displacement under brutal .375 CheyTac and .50 BMG recoil cycles. Side focus parallax adjusts down to 10 yards, eliminating target wander across operating temperatures spanning -20°F to 140°F.

Heavy Tube Receiver Clearance

The 34mm main tube supplies 6.3 inches of clear mounting length, accommodating heavy-duty six-screw tactical rings on full-length Picatinny rails. Torque 34mm ring caps to 18 in-lbs and base clamps to 45 in-lbs. Eye relief extends between 3.5 and 3.9 inches, ensuring ample brow clearance against heavy magnum recoil.

Practical Handling Negative Demarcation

This 38.1-ounce extreme long-range optic is built for benchrest, F-Class, and ELR match platforms, making it completely unsuitable for mobile stalk hunting or carbines where heavy weight degrades balance. Shooters must maintain exact eye placement at maximum magnification.

• Inspect 34mm ring cap screw torque with a calibrated tool every 200 rounds
• Clear dust and fine dirt from exposed turret clicks after every match outing
• Inspect zero stop set screws and battery terminal contacts every 12 months
