Trijicon 3×24 Compact ACOG Riflescope, Dual Illumination (Low Height,?Green Crosshair 7.62×39 / 123 gr Reticle)

Description

True 3x optical magnification drives the Trijicon 3×24 Compact ACOG Riflescope featuring low mount architecture and green crosshair 7.62×39 123-grain reticles. With fixed 3x magnification, a 24mm objective lens, 1/2 MOA adjustments, and 40 MOA total travel, this prism sight maximizes carbine precision. The fixed optical system trades zoom variability for indestructible field endurance.

Monolithic forged 7075-T6 aluminum constructs a rugged shell that withstands violent mechanical shocks. Broadband anti-reflective lens coatings maximize light throughput, rendering high-contrast target images through murky dawn shadows. Internal nitrogen purging eliminates glass fogging in damp environments, maintaining waterproof submersion down to 100 feet deep. Weighing 5.8 ounces and spanning 5.8 inches in length, this optic preserves lightweight agility on tactical carbines.

Key Features of Trijicon 3×24 Compact ACOG

Serious tactical shooters buy Trijicon 3×24 Compact ACOG riflescope optics to run 7.62×39 platforms with an ideal low bore axis. The illuminated green crosshair delivers rapid holdover points across low-light field conditions.

• Low-height base structure provides natural eye alignment on AK-47 receivers and dropped-comb stocks
• Dual illumination utilizes fiber optics and tritium to supply reticle light without chemical batteries
• 3x fixed magnification maintains razor-sharp situational awareness on this Compact ACOG tactical scope without zoom collars
• 24mm objective glass gathers abundant photons through thick tree canopies and dim evening shadows
• 7.62×39 BDC crosshair matches 123-grain projectile drop curves out to 600 meters distance
• 1/2 MOA turret clicks deliver positive tactile feedback and dependable zero retention
• 1.4-inch eye relief supports secure cheek placement on short tactical stocks

Prism Cell Mechanical Shock Tolerances

Positive 1/2 MOA turret click adjustments yield 40 MOA total windage and elevation movement inside the housing. Hardened internal prism linkages maintain point of aim within 1 percent tolerance across punishing firing schedules. Shock tested to 500G impacts, this optic shrugs off violent bolt impulses from heavy 7.62×39 rounds. Operating across -40°F to 140°F, tritium phosphor and fiber optics maintain continuous reticle brightness without batteries. Factory set 100-yard parallax ensures rapid, distortion-free target acquisition on service weapons.

Low Mount Clearance Receiver Fitment

The low-profile housing mounts straight to compatible rail adapters or factory receiver screw patterns. Fasten mounting screws to 40 in-lbs torque to ensure steadfast retention during high recoil strings. The narrow 1.5-inch ocular housing maintains clean clearance over receiver bolts, charging handles, and low folding rear iron sight units.

Field Handling Optics Care Procedures

Top-mounted fiber optics gather ambient light to illuminate the green crosshair without battery drain in field brush. NEGATIVE FILTER: This optic is not engineered for long-range benchrest shooting past 600 yards or precision rimfire setups needing adjustable side parallax inside 25 yards.

• 250 rounds inspection intervals require verifying mount bolt torque against the host receiver base
• 500 rounds cleaning cycles require brushing dust from the fiber-optic channel and objective housing
• 12 months maintenance demands wiping outer glass surfaces with pure optic fluid and microfiber wipes
