Trijicon 1.5×24 Compact ACOG Riflescope, Dual Illumination (Red 8 MOA Triangle Reticle)

Description

Dial elevation corrections past 600 yards through Trijicon 1.5×24 Compact ACOG Riflescope units equipped with the Red 8 MOA Triangle reticle and dual battery-free illumination. Built with a forged 7075-T6 body, 1/2 MOA clicks, and dual tritium and fiber optic illumination, this optic incorporates a bold red triangle point. The red triangle tip provides instant aiming, though holdovers past 250 yards require visual estimation.

Constructed around a solid forged 7075-T6 aluminum housing, the chassis resists severe structural twisting on dynamic carbines and brush guns. High-definition broadband optical glass utilizes multi-coatings for exceptional contrast along shaded target lines. This Trijicon combat riflescope measures 5.8 inches overall, weighs 6.3 ounces without mount, and features nitrogen gas purging that meets rigorous IPX7 waterproof standards down to 100 feet.

Key Features of Trijicon 1.5×24 Red Triangle

Tactical marksmen buy Trijicon 1.5×24 Compact ACOG riflescope models to execute fast both-eyes-open snap shots without battery failure concerns in extreme weather. The bright red triangle post allows shooters to place the fine triangle apex directly onto moving targets.

• Forged 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum chassis provides unmatched combat survivability
• 1.5x zoom assembly provides versatile framing across close brush out to distance
• 24mm front objective glass gathers light for twilight target identification
• 1/2 MOA tactile turret clicks register sharp distinct mechanical notches
• 1.5×24 Red 8 MOA Triangle reticle provides an unobstructed lower target view
• Dual-illumination system combines self-luminous tritium with external fiber optics
• Generous 4.9mm exit pupil allows rapid eye placement from non-standard shooting stances
• Protective lens coatings guard optical glass against surface scratching

Extreme Range Erector

Built with robust dual coil leaf springs, the internal erector cell retains zero repeatability within 1 percent across the internal adjustment range. Designed to withstand 1000G recoil forces, this Trijicon ACOG scope handles continuous 12-gauge slug strings without reticle movement. The erector cell maintains precise zero settings between -20°F and 140°F, preventing tracking deviations during harsh winter matches.

Chassis Ring Alignment

The mounting base attaches to standard receiver rails using compatible ACOG mounting adapters. Fasten base mount cross-bolts to 35 in-lbs to eliminate rail play. Expansive 3.6-inch eye relief prevents scope contact under heavy recoil, while the 24mm objective bell clears rifle rails using low mounts.

Match Handling Protocols

The fixed optical assembly provides instant clarity without focusing rings or magnification levers to manipulate under stress. This specialized close-quarters optic is not designed for fine precision target shooting past 300 yards, nor for lightweight mountain hunting platforms.

• Wipe dust from lens coatings using an optical lens pen every 250 rounds
• Confirm mounting base torque limits on Picatinny mounting fasteners every 500 rounds
• Inspect fiber optic housing cover and turret rubber O-rings every 12 months

Trijicon Warranty Summary

Trijicon backs the optic with a limited lifetime warranty on optical and mechanical systems, with a 15-year warranty on tritium illumination elements. Inside the shipping box, users receive the riflescope, carry case, lens pen, logo sticker, microfiber cloth, and instruction booklet.
