Powered by a Color Corrected Infinity Optical System (CCIS), it delivers 40x, 100x, 400x, and 1000x magnification through four CCIS EC Plan Achromatic objectives: 4x/0.10, 10x/0.25, spring-loaded 40x/0.65, and spring-loaded 100x/1.25 oil immersion. Transmitted light is supplied by a cool-running 3W LED base module focused through a centerable Abbe 1.25 NA condenser with an iris diaphragm.
