Bushnell 15×56 Match Pro ED Binoculars (Gray)

Description

Serving precision rifle competitors and long-range spotters with a levelable Shot-Call MRAD reticle, the Bushnell 15×56 Match Pro ED Binoculars (Gray) provide specialized optical measurement capability and high-magnification resolving power. Combining 15x magnification with large 56mm objective apertures, this high-performance roof prism optic delivers a 236-foot linear field of view at 1000 yards (79m at 1000m), an actual angle of view of 4.5 degrees, a 3.73mm exit pupil, and 18.5mm of eye relief for spotting bullet trace, calling wind corrections, and evaluating target impacts at extreme distances.

The optical system features premium ED Prime extra-low dispersion glass elements paired with BaK-4 Abbe-Koenig roof prisms treated with PC3 phase-correction coatings and dielectric mirror depositions, achieving 92% light transmission, complemented by protective EXO Barrier exterior lens coatings. Built inside a rugged magnesium alloy chassis with an open-bridge dual-hinge design and gray rubber armoring, the housing measures 218 by 170mm and weighs 1474g (52 oz). The optical barrels are nitrogen gas filled and O-ring sealed for IPX5 waterproof and fogproof performance. Specialized mechanics center on a rotating Shot-Call MRAD reticle with an independent focus diopter, a separate right-eye diopter ring, an integrated BridgeSet IPD stabilizer acting as a barrel distance zero-stop, a central focus wheel with a 13-foot (4m) close focus distance, four-position twist-up eyecups, and dual 1/4-20 mounting sockets on the front and rear bridges.

Key Features of Bushnell 15×56 Match Pro ED Binoculars (Gray)

Engineered specifically for PRS and NRL precision rifle matches, this 15×56 roof prism binocular combines Abbe-Koenig prisms with an offset Shot-Call MRAD reticle. Its levelable reticle and dual diopter adjustments allow spotters to maintain a plumb grid and crisp focus regardless of interpupillary setting. The BridgeSet IPD lock, nitrogen-purged magnesium chassis, and EXO Barrier lens coatings provide structural repeatability and all-weather dependability on competitive firing lines.

• 15x magnification power paired with 56mm objective lenses providing extreme-range resolving reach
• Compact BaK-4 Abbe-Koenig roof prisms treated with PC3 phase and dielectric mirror coatings
• ED Prime extra-low dispersion objective glass achieving 92-percent total light transmission
• Linear field of view of 236 feet at 1000 yards (79m at 1000m) across a 4.5-degree actual angle
• Rotating Shot-Call MRAD grid reticle with dedicated focus adjustment and leveling capability
• Exclusive BridgeSet IPD stabilizer locking barrel width to prevent interpupillary setting drift
• Dual independent diopter adjustments allowing precise focusing of both target image and reticle
• Nitrogen-filled magnesium alloy chassis certified IPX5 waterproof with protective EXO Barrier coatings

Abbe-Koenig Roof Prisms & Rotating Shot-Call MRAD Reticle

The BaK-4 Abbe-Koenig prism configuration relies on total internal reflection to eliminate the reflective light loss typical of mirrored prisms, working with ED Prime glass to deliver 92% light transmission for high target clarity in low-contrast mirage. The proprietary Shot-Call MRAD reticle provides precise 0.5-mil graduations for rapid target sizing and elevation holds, featuring an offset placement that keeps the primary viewing field clear. The reticle barrel rotates independently to ensure the grid remains perfectly vertical regardless of the binocular hinge angle, while EXO Barrier molecularly bonded coatings repel water, oil, and dust from external lenses.

BridgeSet IPD Stabilizer & Dual-Diopter Optical Mechanics

The magnesium alloy chassis features an innovative BridgeSet stabilizer that acts as a physical zero-stop, allowing shooters to lock their precise interpupillary distance and return to it instantly after storage. Dual diopter collars permit individual adjustment for each eye as well as separate focus tuning for the reticle grid. The central focus wheel operates with smooth tactile resistance down to 13 feet, while threaded sockets on both front and rear hinges accommodate tripod adapters or stabilizer accessories to ensure rock-solid stability during extended spotting sessions.

• Exclusive BridgeSet IPD lock preventing barrel movement and stabilizing hinge mechanics on tripods
• Dual independent diopters providing simultaneous optical sharpness for both eyes and the MRAD grid
• Dual-bridge accessory mounting locations accommodating front and rear tripod adapter attachments
