True Köhler illumination is standard here, driven by a 3W NeoLED base lamp focused through a Zernike NA 1.25 full-phase turret condenser with field iris diaphragm and selectable phase rings. The smart iCare sensor automatically shuts off base illumination when technicians step away from the microscope, conserving energy and extending LED life.
